Tablet Verification System By Count or Volume Totalization. Through a partnership with Diamond Machine Werks of Illinois, the QC Quick Count Tablet Verification system utilizes our patented dual view optical scan technology to accurately count tablets, capsules or gel-caps by piece or total volume. It is the only verification system capable of scanning a tablet in-flight at 2,000 beats per second, creating a 3-D image of the tablet and conducting a volume analysis all in real time. The QC can detect a complete or partial tablet and will display on the touch screen interface the number of complete tablets, oversized tablets and undersized tablets. This data is storable as a quality record.
