Through a partnership with Diamond Machine Werks of Illinois, the NEW QB Quick Batch Tablet Counter utilizes our patented dual view optical scan technology to accurately count tablets, capsules or gel-caps by piece or total volume at incredible rates of speed. It is the only counter capable of scanning a tablet in-flight at 2,000 times per second, creating a 3-D image of the tablet and conducting a volume analysis of the tablet all in real time. The QB can detect a complete or partial tablet and reject batches containing partials either prior to entering the bottle or downstream in the bottle.
