The Batchmaster® III Model 684 Tablet Counter: One 6 cubic foot stainless steel hopper metering tablets to 8 vibratory tracks, each feeding a counting head, for filling four bottles at once as indexed to the load station.

In-Line Applications Include: Pharmaceuticals (tablets, capsules and gels), food (such as frozen products, meat, poultry, fish, pasta, candy and confectionary) and a variety of packaged goods (including medical devices, toys, plastics, fasteners, jewelry, crafts and beads, etc.)

The Batchmaster® IIIX4 Counter:

• One touch screen controls four processors
• Each optic scans at 2,000 times per second
• Each track feeds at 300 linear inches per minute
• Heads can discharge sequentially, in combinations or via first-available dump signal
• Batch counts can be split between heads or each head can deliver a completed batch
• Two-part kits are collated two-tracks/head per part
• System is expandable to suit your specifications
• 2-gate body disassembles easily without tools in just seconds for cleaning
