The Batchmaster II has long been the standard for excellence in optical part counting thanks to the patented dual view optics. Instead of breaking, missing or breaking twice a reflected beam of light, the Batchmaster II counter looks at every part in-flight, scans it at 900 times per second and creates a 3-D image of each part. A volume analysis is conducted on the image and a value assigned to the part. Only parts within the assigned volume range are counted, while out of tolerance parts are accounted for. Standard Features: Patented dual view optics, 3-D imaging, in-flight volume analysis, PC compatibility, in-flight product return, self-diagnostics, no changeover tooling, microprocessor controls, partial accumulation feature, clean contact surfaces, hydraulic stand on casters, storable set-up parameters. Applications: Medical or dental devices, toys, jewelry, crafts and beads, fasteners, pet supplies, sporting goods, plumbing, electronics, etc. Power Requirements: 120 VAC, 1 Phase, 60 Hz @ 10 Amps Air Requirements: 60-80 psi, clean dry air Footprint: 42” to 48” deep x 27” wide. Height varies depending on configuration and adjustment. Available Optics:
