About Us

Batching Systems, Inc. (BSI) is a privately owned company that has been in operation for nearly 20 years. The company is owned and managed by founder Don Wooldridge and his son, David Wooldridge. Located in Southern Maryland, the company employs about 50 people.

BSI has helped to revolutionize the automated packaging and filling industry with its patented state-of-the-art technology. We provide batching, scanning and filling solutions for a variety of products from tablets and pills, to toys, hardware, sporting goods, crafts, plastics, agricultural products, medical devices, food, candy, confectionary, rolls and bagels. Our systems are highly engineered and rugged, offering reliable and precise count accuracy, while at the same time providing maximum operational flexibility.

BSI serves a wide variety of industries - each with its own unique challenges. The newest evolution for BSI is a corporate restructuring to include three divisions: Industrial/General Products, Food, and most recently, Medical/Pharmaceuticals*.
